It all started 25 years ago when I bought a broken chandelier and started making sun catchers.

Then, a friend gave me a book on beadlore - and I was charmed by how our ancestors used beads in their every day life to attract love, repel evil and to adorn their bodies.
This sparked a natural interest in Geology and I was hooked.

My collection expanded when I chose to buy a cheap car and spend the change t Australian Bead Fairs and wholesalers, a greatly reduced resource post covid : (.
Buying beads online is not the same ! My quest is to get to Tucson Gem Show Arizona at least every second year where the town is turned into a rock hunters haven for the month of February.
